Hiking, Mountain Biking, Star Gazing, Drum Circle, Labyrinth and more
There are several miles of trails on our 163 acres. We have many large rocks and boulders for gentle rock climbing. You can easily spend a few hours hiking the perimeter or crisscross the reserve and make your own discoveries. On our ridgeline we have a panoramic view of the Southern California High Country. You will see outcroppings of huge boulders both in our park and over the hills around us.
Leaving our park the trails head upwards in a gentle climb toward the north property line. The path follows the fence line all the way to the east property line of the park.
We have the perfect plateau to star gaze. If you are an amateur or professional astronomer you will love our plateau. The plateau is at an elevation just under 4000 feet, far from the city lights and the coastal glare. Here you have a 360 degree point of view to see the stars. We are careful to minimize the light so that you can fully enjoy our view of celestial phenomena in the night sky, such as the Perseid Meteor Shower. Bring your telescope or binoculars and enjoy looking at the Milky Way on a night when there is not a full moon.
We have a secluded area away from the RV Park for horse camping and horseback riding. We have had several riding groups around Southern California bring their horses and portable stalls and ride through miles of our trails and camp. We can accommodate 20+ rigs with horse trailers.
